What personal information do we collect and when do we collect it?
You can browse our Site without registering, but in order to place an order, become a member, and/or request information from us, then you must complete the account registration process and become a member on our Site. Whenever you create, register, or edit your CBDMP account, you provide some basic personal information, such as your name, email address, and password. In order to purchase our products, you must provide us with your credit card, debit card, or other type of acceptable payment information along with your billing and shipping address information. We use this information to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status. All archived credit card information is maintained in a secure and safe environment. Email addresses are used to contact you regarding your order. We do not collect any PII about you unless it is provided by you voluntarily.
While you are free to choose not to provide this information, without it, we cannot provide you with any of our products and Services, or complete your Membership. Please safeguard your password and all personal information to avoid the risk of your private information being used by others without your consent, and any potential liability for the unauthorized use of our Site or your account.
The CBD Marketplace will never sell, rent or share your PII, including your email address, with any third parties for marketing purposes without your express permission.

If you are a CBDMP member, you may access and update your personal information and preferences by logging in to your account or going to your My Account page.
You may also update or change your PII or preferences by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will take commercially reasonable steps to implement your opt-out requests promptly, but you may still receive communications from us for up to 10 business days while we process your request.
How does our site handle do not track signals?
We honor do not track signals and do not track, plant cookies, or use advertising when a Do Not Track (DNT) browser mechanism is in place.
